Appliance fabricators sell on visible surface quality. The substrate has to take paint or porcelain cleanly, hold flatness through forming, and arrive on the line with no handling-induced scratches or oil contamination. That is more about how the steel was processed and packaged than about the grade itself.
Metal Master supplies cold-rolled DS and DDS for visible panels, pre-painted coils for color-matched trim and casings, and paint-prep galvanized for parts that need corrosion resistance under a paint film. We dry-coil package surface-critical material and we batch-segregate appliance grades from heavier industrial product on the processing floor.
